Chemical & Physical Data:
Compact enzyme, contains mainly pancreatins
1.DOWELLZYM BM gives mild, even bating effect without loose grain in the belly area.
2.DOWELLZYM BM increases area yield, increases softness, fullness and elasticity.
3.DOWELLZYM BM reduces/eliminates growth marks.
4.DOWELLZYM BM removes epidermis, provides a clean and pale coloured, uniform pelts.
5.DOWELLZYM BM gives tightness grain，uniform nubuck with short piles and little part difference.
6.DOWELLZYM BM increases tear strength of final leather and it is more suitable for thicker pelt.
DOWELLZYM BM can be applied in a fresh float after deliming or added 20-60 minutes later directly after deliming agent，without dissolution. The pH should be adjusted at the range of 7.0~9.0. The suitable temperature is 30~38C. The higher the temperature, the stronger bating effects will be. In order to get mild and uniform bating effect, the bating temperature should be adjusted lower in the range of 32-34C and the running time longer to achieve mild grain bating effect on the grain. The dosage of DOWELLZYM BM depends on the raw materials and the leather types.
Application example (based on the weight of limed skin):
