Application:
1.DOWELLZYM FA is used in acid conditions for bating fur leathers. It gently loosen the skin structure, make skin more softer and fuller with better elasticity thus promote the absorption of tanning materials and make  dyeing more even.
2.The best pH range is 3-5 and below 40℃. DOWELLZYM FA can be used for bating fur in pickling process. It can be used for re-bating of pickled pelts and tanned leathers.
3.In normal pickling: 0.5 to 2 g/L DOWELLZYM FA is recommended to be added at float temperature 25-35 ℃ and running time 5-15 hours according to the requirements. The dosage of the enzyme depends on the type and conditions of raw material.
4.Re bating tanned crust: DOWELLZYM FA can improve the softness, fullness, and uniformity of dyeing. The pH of the float should be pH=3-5, the concentration of enzyme in the float 2-4 g/L and the temperature below 50 ℃ and treatment time 5 to 15 hours. It is advised to determine the correct dosage & ideal conditions by running some trials prior to use.
Safety:
Avoid breathing dust and contact with skin, excessive contact may cause anaphylactic reaction. If splashed into eyesimmediately wash with plenty of water.

Storage:
This product has a shelf life of 1 year if it is stored in its tightly sealed original packaging at temperature below 25℃. Bags should be tightly resealed each time after material is taken from them, and their contents should be used up as soon as possible after they have been opened. Direct contact with this product may irritate skin and mucous membranerinse with running water if contacted with skin. Non-dangerous chemical.
